Join us Saturday February 22nd for a very special morning! The Three Rivers Fibershed (TRF) will be revealing the results of our microgrant funded efforts to create a Regional Fiber Sourcebook. A Regional Fiber Sourcebook is a living resource that features TRF producers by telling their individual farm stories and all about the wooly products they produce. Once published, the Regional Fiber Sourcebook will be available for viewing on our website. Following our book reveal get to know the makers who participated in our One Year One Outfit project and see their finished products! At the beginning of 2019 we led the One Year One Outfit challenge to inspire makers to make an item of clothing (or a whole outfit!) only using materials sourced from within our local fibershed. This will be your chance to learn more about how their projects progressed and what they ended up making. There will also be a dye seed exchange, so bring any seeds you'd like to trade for the upcoming garden season.
This is a potluck event, so please bring a snack or appetizer to share!
